Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi reacted to the Ram Mandir donation controversy at a program in Bijnor, UP. Owaisi said, “It would have been a mistake if you had made a Muslim a member in that trust and later when this scam came to light, you would have taken that Muslim and encountered him. You would have demolished his house with a bulldozer. Case closed…” AIMIM Chief further said, “Champat is having fun right now… You tell me what will happen? No one’s house is being demolished, police custody of those arrested is not even taken. Maybe because of my speaking. Then take police custody. Tell me what is happening in Uttar Pradesh today.”

Let us tell you that Owaisi has always been criticizing the demolition of Babri Masjid. As a politician and lawyer, he has been continuously expressing his political and social opinion on this issue and supporting the advocacy of the Muslim side. He had strongly opposed the historic decision of the Supreme Court on Ram Janmabhoomi. He had also expressed disagreement with the decision of the apex court to give five acres of land to the Muslim side. Now his comment on the Ram temple offering controversy is going to spark a new political debate.
