Delhi Woman Alleges Sexual Harassment Called in the car on the pretext of ‘feeding Momo’, then took her to a deserted road and did obscene acts; This is how the girl collected evidence
A shocking news has come out from the country’s capital Delhi, where a trust for a 24-year-old girl turned into the scariest experience of her life. The girl alleges that a young man she knew called her out of the house saying let’s eat momo together and there was a promise of a simple meeting, so she had no idea that after some time she would feel herself trapped in a moving car.
Initially the young man said that he had to fill CNG on the way. But instead of going to the CNG station, he turned the car towards a deserted area. As the streets became empty, the girl’s fear increased. It is alleged that the youth’s behavior completely changed as soon as he reached the deserted place. He started talking obscenely, pressurized her to have sex and started molesting the girl forcibly. When the girl protested and tried to get out of the car, the accused did not allow her to get out.
The girl secretly switched on the mobile camera
Amidst fear, panic and helplessness, the girl took a step which later became the most important evidence of the entire case. He silently switched on the camera of his mobile. Whatever was recorded in the camera can shock any person.
What’s in the video?
In the video, the girl is heard repeatedly pleading the accused to leave her. She constantly tells him not to even touch her. But the allegation is that the young man does not listen to her and keeps making obscene comments. In the video, he is also allegedly heard saying that he just needs “two minutes”. Not only this, the girl alleges that he also threatened to defame her.
There comes a moment when the girl feels that she has no option left. She moves towards the window of the moving car and warns that if the accused touches her, she will commit suicide by jumping in front of any vehicle. Fear, anger and helplessness are clearly felt in his voice.
Based on the complaint of the girl, Mandavali police station of East Delhi has registered a case. Police say that an FIR has been registered and investigation has been started and all available evidence including video is being examined. Further legal action will be taken on the basis of whatever facts emerge after investigation.
