‘Aunty, do some homework’… Urfi Javed got angry on the allegation of changing religion, reprimanded

Tezzbuzz Desk – Recently, a claim made by a digital creator on social media sparked controversy, stating that Urfi Javed has changed her religion and changed her name to ‘Rita Bhardwaj’. There was a stir on the internet after this video surfaced.

However, Urfi Javed has strictly rejected all these claims and called it completely fake and misleading news. He also reprimanded the concerned influencer.

“I neither changed my name nor my religion.”

Responding on social media, Urfi Javed wrote, “How come Chomu people call themselves journalists. Aunty please do some homework. I never changed my name or religion.”

She further said that she does not believe in any religion and spreading such rumors is completely wrong. Urfi also wrote sarcastically, “I am naked not only with my clothes but also with my words, but I am not in the mood today.”

Strong rebuke to influencer

Urfi did not stop here and raised questions on the journalism of the influencer and said that they should stop spreading fake news. He wrote, “You can speak ill of me boldly, but don’t spread fake news.”

Along with this, Urfi also shared screenshots of some messages of that influencer on social media, which further increased the controversy.

After this whole matter, users on social media are divided into two groups. Some people are in support of Urfi while some are considering it as another online controversy.
