Ladki Bahin Yojana : Dear sisters, when will the June installment be received? A big update has come out

Ladki Bahin Yojana: Women are curious about when the June 2026 installment of the ‘Chief Minister Majhi Ladki Bahin’ scheme will be deposited in the bank account and now a big update has come out. It is very likely that this installment of June will be deposited in the account of the beneficiary women in the middle of July i.e. between 12th and 15th July. The process and disbursement of payments is slightly delayed due to the fact that the state government is currently conducting thorough verification of beneficiary applications and speedy e-KYC campaign.

Reasons for delay

Due to strict re-verification of applications and incomplete e-KYC (e-KYC) process to prevent fake beneficiaries, payment is delayed.

Retrenchment of bogus and ineligible beneficiaries: A lot of fake applications have come to the fore taking advantage of the scheme. The applications were filed in violation of conditions such as income tax paying family, having a four wheeler vehicle at home or being in government employment. Strict scrutiny of documents is currently going on across the state to find out the applications of such ineligible women.

Incomplete e-KYC Process: Many women have filled applications, but their e-KYC process is still incomplete. Bank transfers to such accounts are not secure as the bank account is not linked to the Aadhaar card or there is no biometric verification. Hence payment has been stopped till this process is completed.

Linking of DBT Bank Accounts: The bank account must be active for ‘DBT’ (Direct Benefit Transfer) for the government funds to be deposited directly into the account. Since many women’s bank accounts have been inactive for a long time, there are technical difficulties in depositing government money into the account.

3000 likely to get Rs

As the June installment is delayed, it is likely that both the months’ amount (Rs. 3,000) will be received together in July. Rs 1500 for June and Rs 1500 for July, a total of Rs 3000 can be directly deposited in the women’s account in the middle of July (between 12th and 15th July). As the June installment has been put on hold due to technical verification, the budget for both the months is likely to be approved by the government together. As the month of July marks the beginning of the festival and academic year, this combined installment of Rs 3000 will be a huge financial support for the women for household expenses and children’s education. Those whose applications are still pending, will get the money only after this verification process is completed.
