Dubai Police Update: A big thing came out in the survey of Dubai Police, 99.9% people consider themselves safe during the day.

A big and relief news has come for the people living in Dubai and the expatriates working there. In a new survey, Dubai Police has achieved a very high position in terms of security. On the scale of how safe people feel in the city during the day, the police has got an excellent score of 99.9%.

This survey has been done by the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Center in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior. Dubai Police has got an overall score of 98.2% in the Security Quality of Life Index. Brigadier Saeed Abdullah bin Tuwair Al Suwaidi, Assistant Undersecretary for Security Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, said that the score of people feeling safe while walking at night was 98.7%, while people’s trust in police stations was found to be 96.2%.

Big data on security and smart services

Dubai Police has achieved great success in seven key areas, including digital services, smart security and future readiness. People have shown a very positive attitude towards digital changes.

• Use of digital services: 97.7% people adopted digital services.
• Total Transactions: More than 218 million digital transactions completed in the year 2025.
• Customer Happiness Rate: 96.9% people were happy with the police services.
• Emergency calls: Police handled 6.9 million emergency and non-emergency calls over the year.
• Innovation Index: Scored 93.3% in Future Readiness and Innovation Index.

Received 51 major awards

Due to its excellent functioning, Dubai Police has received a total of 51 awards, which includes 12 international honors. Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, attributed this success to the cooperation of UAE leadership, Dubai Government and the Ministry of Interior. He also praised the hard work of the police force personnel. In the year 2025, Dubai Police has also achieved first place in a global ranking.
