Sensational allegation of Tejashwi Yadav – ‘Bharat Tiwari’s encounter happened only after the message of CM Samrat Chaudhary’

When the media asked Tejashwi Yadav questions on Thursday (July 02, 2026) regarding the Bharat Tiwari encounter and the action of the administration, he raised questions on the intentions of the government itself. Tejashwi clearly said that the action being seen in Bihar is just a show. He alleged that criminals are getting open protection in the state and neither any trial is being held for the general public nor any strict action is being taken against the real criminals.

He said that without the approval and green signal from the Chief Minister, no police officer has the courage to take such a step. Tejashwi reminded that the responsibility of the Home Minister of the state is also with Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary himself.

The RJD leader made a big claim and said that a message was sent from above by a very senior officer and this encounter was carried out only after receiving that message. His statement has created panic among Bihar Police and administrative staff.

Actually, behind this entire political turmoil is the new posting of the then SDPO of Shahpur, Rajesh Sharma. After being surrounded in the Bharat Tiwari encounter case, a formal FIR was lodged against Rajesh Sharma, after which he was attached to the police headquarters. But last Wednesday the government handed him a new and important responsibility.

Now Rajesh Sharma has been posted as DSP in the Prohibition and Narcotics Control Bureau unit. Tejashwi Yadav is furious with this decision of the government. Taking a sharp taunt, he said that instead of doing justice, the Samrat government has rewarded the officer accused of murder by giving him a new posting, which clearly shows whom the government wants to save.
