Mirzapur. On Thursday night, bike-riding miscreants carried out a film-style robbery in the Madihan police station area. The miscreants stopped two employees returning after collecting money by shooting at the tire of their vehicle and ran away after looting a bag containing about Rs 2.5 lakh. After the incident, the police have blocked the road and started searching for the accused.
A sensational incident of robbery came to light on Thursday night at around 8:00 pm on Bela Jungle Road of Madihan police station area. When two miscreants riding a Pulsar bike were returning after collecting money, they shot the employees in the tire of their vehicle. The vehicle stopped after the tire burst and the miscreants ran away after looting a bag full of cash.
According to the information, Sunil Yadav, resident of Lohandi and Rajkumar, resident of Chhota Mirzapur, are working in Milan Thread Company located in front of Katra Kotwali. Both the employees had gone to Ghoraval in Sonbhadra in connection with the recovery of the company and were returning from there to Mirzapur via Madihan route after recovering about Rs 2.5 lakh. 
Meanwhile, two miscreants riding a Pulsar, who were already ambushed on Bela Jungle Road, opened fire on the tire of his vehicle. The vehicle went out of control and stopped due to tire burst. After this, the miscreants snatched the bag full of cash from the employees and ran away.
Sachin, the director of Milan Thread Company, said that both the employees are safe in the incident and no one has been shot. The miscreants have fled after looting only a bag full of cash. The incident was immediately informed to the police.
As soon as the information was received, Madihan police station and senior officers reached the spot and inspected the spot. Police have started searching for the miscreants by blocking the surrounding areas. Besides, the footage of CCTV cameras installed on possible routes is also being scrutinized.
Police say that investigation is being done on various aspects to identify the accused. Soon the incident will be revealed and the accused will be arrested.
