Saif Ali Khan turns out for charity cricket match in England to support Go Dharmic

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan delighted fans by taking part in a charity cricket match at Luton Town & Indians Cricket Club on Friday, where he was seen both batting and fielding as part of a fundraising event organised by UK-based humanitarian charity Go Dharmic.

The event, titled the Go Dharmic Summer Party & Charity Cricket Day, featured a 20-over match between Saif Ali Khan XI and Shirish Saraf XI, bringing together players of different ages in support of the charity’s humanitarian initiatives.

Saif’s appearance on the field drew enthusiastic crowds, with spectators gathering to watch the actor showcase his cricketing skills. Fans welcomed the rare opportunity to see the Bollywood star in action outside the world of cinema.

Following the match, participants and guests attended an afternoon tea and presentation highlighting Go Dharmic’s humanitarian work, including disaster relief, food distribution, education programmes and support for vulnerable communities worldwide. The charity is also raising funds for its ongoing earthquake relief efforts in Venezuela.

Organisers said donations made during the event would be matched by a supporter, up to a total of £60,000, doubling the impact of contributions towards Go Dharmic’s charitable projects.

The event concluded with a family cricket match, allowing people of all ages to take part while reinforcing the day’s message of community, compassion and philanthropy.
