Mahakumbh-2025 received National e-Governance Award for innovation.

Urban Development and Energy Minister A.K. Expressing happiness over Maha Kumbh-2025 receiving the National e-Governance Award, Sharma said that this honor is a proof of Uttar Pradesh’s excellent administrative capacity, modern technology based management and good governance at the national level.

He said that Mahakumbh-2025 was a divine, grand, wonderful and unique event in many ways. This event not only proudly presented India’s ancient cultural and spiritual heritage to the world, but also showed the world a new picture of India developed through modern technology, digital innovation and efficient governance.

Shri Sharma said that Mahakumbh 2025 was earlier honored with the Swachhta-Excellence Award by the Government of India and now being honored with the National Award for e-Governance by the Central Government is a proof that Uttar Pradesh has set new national standards in the field of organizing, management, cleanliness and technological innovation.

He said that when the preparations for Mahakumbh had started, it was made clear that this Mahakumbh would be digital and would be operated with modern technology. Today, this honor received at the national level has also confirmed that resolution of the Government of India.

The Urban Development and Energy Minister attributed this historic achievement to the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the support of the Chief Minister.

He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Yogi Adityanath ji for his visionary leadership, inspiration and continuous guidance. He heartily congratulated all the officers, employees, security forces, sanitation workers, technical experts and every Karmayogi directly and indirectly associated with the successful organization of Mahakumbh-2025 and said that their dedication, discipline and tireless hard work have made this event an exemplary model at the global level. He expressed confidence that Uttar Pradesh will continue to set new records in the field of good governance, digital innovation and public service.
