After the police custody of both the accused ended on Friday, they were produced before Judicial Magistrate First Class AM Vibhute. The police took Siya to the place where she confessed to practicing crime. After this, the police went to the same death-point of Lohagarh Fort and recreated the crime scene in the presence of both the accused. During this, the police matched the entire timeline and movement by throwing a human dummy down the cliff in front of the accused. The secret is hidden in the seized secret phone, now lie detector test will be done. Assistant Public Prosecutor Rajshree Virkud told the court that the police has recovered another secret mobile phone of Sia Goyal, which has been sent to Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) for investigation. Forensic reports of previously seized phones have been received, in which the recovered chats are completely beyond the understanding of common people. Such nicknames and strange emojis have been used in these, whose real meaning can only be told by Siya and Chetan. Along with this, in view of the continuous ups and downs and contradictions in Sia’s statements, the police has sought permission from the court to conduct a lie detector (polygraph) test on her. Gait analysis (scientific study of walking style) of accused Chetan has also been done to match the CCTV footage. Passport thrown on the highway, both of them were going to get married in November. Investigation has also revealed that after committing the crime, every effort was made to destroy the evidence. The police have also done the Panchnama of the location of the highway where Siya Goyal had thrown Ketan Aggarwal’s passport down from the car while fleeing to Mumbai. Apart from this, the police searched Sia’s house located in the Market Yard area of ​​Pune and also seized the clothes which she was wearing on the day of the murder. Ketan was in depression due to the closeness of his fiancee and friend. The saddest aspect of this entire murder mystery is that the deceased Ketan Aggarwal and accused Siya Goyal were going to get married in November this year. Ketan’s father Vishal Aggarwal tearfully told in his complaint lodged with the police that his son Ketan was under deep stress for the last several days.
