Bulldozer again used in Gurugram, action taken outside actor Chandrachud Singh’s house also

Delhi NCR: The bulldozer campaign of the administration against illegal construction and PG and guest houses being operated against the rules in Gurugram has once again intensified. Let us tell you that on Friday, the Town and Country Planning Department (DTPE) carried out demolition and sealing action in the presence of police force in S Block of DLF Phase-3. During this period, two big PGs have been sealed by removing illegal constructions done in stilt parking. According to the information, no incident of protest was reported from anywhere during the campaign.

When did this action start?

The action started at around 1 pm from house number SR-18/1, where a PG being operated against the rules was sealed. According to officials, most of the rooms were already vacated, while some tenants were given about half an hour to remove their belongings. After this, this PG with 26 rooms was sealed.

Which houses were demolished?

Apart from this, the illegal drawing room built in the stilt parking area of ​​house number 18/18 was demolished with the help of a bulldozer. Here, along with six rooms, an illegal bedroom built on the fifth floor was also sealed. At the same time, two store rooms were sealed while demolishing the illegal drawing room built in stilt parking in SR-18/19. Not only this, two rooms and seven toilets built in the parking area in SR-16 were also removed and sealing action was also taken on 24 rooms of the four-storey PG located at S-19/14.

After whose orders did this campaign start?

DTPE Amit Madholia said that as per the instructions of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, the campaign against illegal construction done in stilt parking and PGs and guest houses being operated against rules in residential buildings will continue. Meanwhile, many PG and guest house operators had met Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and Industries Minister Rao Narbir Singh to get relief from the action, but they could not get any relief. Let us tell you that due to administrative action, a large number of PGs have already become vacant in Nathupur Road and surrounding areas.

Bulldozer also ran outside actor Chandrachud Singh’s house

During this campaign, encroachment has also been removed outside the house of film actor Chandrachud Singh. During this, the officials removed the small platform built outside the house and the wall made for plants, during which the actor talked to the officials and got information about the action. Officials clarified that action is being taken only against illegal construction and commercial activities. Due to this the actor supported the action of the administration. Apart from this, encroachment has also been removed from outside about 20 other houses.
