Rajnath Singh: The world will see the rise of developed India in the fourth term of Prime Minister Modi, predicts Rajnath Singh.


New Delhi. Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, while addressing an event in Delhi today, enumerated the achievements of the Narendra Modi-led BJP government since 2014. He said, India’s journey in the last 12 years has been to move from scarcity to self-reliance, from self-reliance to self-confidence, from self-confidence to building a developed India. Along with this, he predicted that during the fourth term of Prime Minister Modi, the world will also see the rise of developed India. India’s achievements in the last 12 years are the result of steadfast determination. In the last 12 years, India has witnessed the most transformational period. We took resolutions and fulfilled them. Today the question is not asked ‘Can India do this?’ Now the question is asked, ‘When will India do this?’ The confluence of tradition and technology is India’s greatest strength.

Rajnath Singh said that in the first term of Modi government, we removed shortcomings and expanded opportunities, changed the work culture. By the second term, we converted aspirations into achievements and took the country forward on the path of self-reliance. The building of a developed India is being built rapidly in our third term. The results of the policy of reform, performance and change are emerging. During the Corona epidemic, through Vaccine Maitri, India delivered vaccines to about 100 countries and gave a message to the whole world that India is not only concerned about its interests but about the entire humanity. Today India sets the global agenda. India has been a special invitee member of G-7 continuously for the last 7 years. This shows that today the world not only wants India’s presence but also India’s participation and vision.

The Defense Minister said, India’s defense production has crossed Rs 1 lakh 78 thousand crore in the year 2026. After Operation Sindoor, confidence in Made in India defense platforms has strengthened. Defense exports have also gone above a record Rs 38 thousand crores. ‘Make in India’ initiative has created new records of success. In areas where India’s capability was once questioned, today India is writing a new chapter of its manufacturing capability at the global level. From semiconductor to defense production, the country is today strengthening its identity on the global stage with new achievements.
