Sudhakar Singh cornered the government, asked- Why silence on the chat of IAS and Rishu Shri?

Sanjay Singh, Patna. Rashtriya Janata Dal MP Sudhakar Singh has made serious allegations of corruption on the state government. In Patna he claimed that thousands of crores of rupees have been looted in the state. He said that the government became active only after a press conference was held regarding the Rishu Shree case.

The RJD MP made the biggest allegation regarding the alleged WhatsApp chat between senior IAS officer Santosh Kumar Mal and tender scam accused Rishu Shri. Earlier, the MP had also made serious allegations against another senior IAS officer Anand Kishore.

MP’s claim: It is written in the chat – send 5 kg soon

Citing the alleged chat in front of journalists, MP Sudhak said that it is written in the chat – ‘We called you 15 times, you did not pick up the phone. We have a lot of pressure from above. You send five kilos as soon as possible. We were ruined under your rule. MP Singh raised the question what is the meaning of five kilos in this chat. Is it a matter of money, commission or something else? This should be investigated. Unless the entire matter is investigated the truth will not be revealed.

Why is ED-EOU silent till now?

The RJD MP alleged that despite such sensational chats becoming public, the Enforcement Directorate and the Economic Offenses Unit have not taken any action till now. When the chat has come to light, then why are the investigating agencies sitting idly by? No one is trying to save it. He also told that the accused IAS officer Santosh Kumar Mal is currently working on a senior post in the department. Even after facing allegations, he is being allowed to continue in his post. This raises many questions in itself.

‘The matter is about the tenure of the former Chief Minister’

Sudhakar Singh alleged that all these alleged scams took place during the tenure of the former Chief Minister of Bihar. He demanded that the entire matter should be investigated impartially and strict action should be taken against those who are guilty. No matter how big an officer or leader he is, he should not be spared.

Rishu Shri’s name is linked to tender scam

It is noteworthy that Rishu Shri’s name has already appeared in many tender scams. He is accused of taking advantage of crores of rupees by making irregularities in government tenders. Now once again the politics has heated up after the chat related to his name has surfaced.

After Sudhakar’s allegations, the stir in Bihar politics has intensified. RJD has called it a failure of the government. The leaders of the ruling party say that the allegations are baseless and it is a conspiracy by the opposition.

Political experts believe that this issue may escalate further in the coming days. If the investigating agencies are not activated then the opposition will make it an issue from the streets to the House. At present the entire matter is under investigation. It remains to be seen what action the administration and investigating agencies take on this alleged chat.
