Major change made in donation counting system in Ram temple, new rules implemented to increase security
New arrangements have been implemented in the Ram temple in Ayodhya to make the counting of offerings more secure and transparent. After the recent developments, the temple administration has made the entire process of entry into the counting hall and counting of donations more strict than before. The objective of the new rules is to strengthen the security system and minimize the possibility of any kind of irregularity.
New dress code implemented for employees
Under the new system, a special dress code has been made mandatory for the employees counting donations. Now all employees will have to wear dark blue uniform without pockets. The purpose of implementing pocketless dress is to ensure that there is no scope for any suspicious activity during the counting.
Apart from this, every employee will be security checked at two levels before entering the counting hall. This system has been implemented to ensure entry of only authorized staff and to strengthen monitoring of the entire process.
Complete ban on mobiles, bags and personal belongings
The temple administration has also imposed a complete ban on carrying personal belongings inside the counting hall. Now employees will not be able to take mobile phones, cameras, bags or any other personal item inside with them.
Not only this, the employees will also have to take off their shoes and slippers before entering the counting hall. At the same time, donations will now be counted sitting on the ground and not on a chair or table. The administration believes that this will enable better monitoring of the entire process.
Vigilance increased after alleged theft case
After the case of alleged theft of offerings in Ram temple came to light, the administration is continuously reviewing the security arrangements. In this sequence, many changes have been made in the entire system related to counting of donations so that there is no possibility of any kind of irregularity in future.
During the investigation, some important information related to accused Anukalp Mishra has also come to light. It is being told that entry passes were issued in his name in the temple as “system worker”. It is alleged that during special events, he used to get entry into the temple premises through this pass and he was also involved in the process of counting donations. At present the investigation of the case is going on and related facts are being investigated.
Demand for strict action against the culprits
Mahant Dinendra Das Maharaj, a member of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, has also given a strong reaction on this entire matter. He said that any kind of crime at a place related to religious faith is very serious and strictest action should be taken against the culprits.
He said that it is everyone’s responsibility to maintain the sanctity of the donations offered by the devotees in the temple of God. Therefore, if any person is found guilty in the investigation, then strict action should be taken against him as per law.
Administration’s emphasis on increasing transparency
The temple administration says that the purpose of the new arrangements is to make the donation counting process completely transparent, secure and systematic. Steps like double security check, strict dress code, ban on personal belongings and surveillance system have been taken in this direction. The administration believes that these measures will further strengthen the faith of the devotees and will also reduce the possibility of any dispute regarding the management of offerings in future.
