100 fast track courts will be built in Bihar, cooperation camp will be organized in Patna every month.

Now the disposal of crime related cases in Bihar will be faster. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary announced that 100 fast track courts will be formed in the state. Along with this, now a state level cooperation camp will be organized in Patna on the second Tuesday of every month, where people from the block level will be able to directly present their complaints. A two-day state level conference on ‘Integrated Implementation of New Criminal Laws’ was inaugurated at the Mahabodhi Cultural Center in Bodh Gaya on Friday. During this, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that the new laws will further strengthen the rule of law in Bihar.

In this conference, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that the responsibility of providing justice to about 10 percent of the country’s population and more than 14 crore people rests on the judiciary, police and administration of Bihar. Bihar has always been identified with development along with justice. After this, Samrat Chaudhary said that 100 fast track courts will be created for speedy disposal of crime related cases. This will strengthen speedy trials and the victims will get timely justice.

Cooperation camp will be organized every month in Patna

 

Referring to the success of the cooperation program, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that currently cooperation camps are organized in all the blocks on the first and third Tuesday of every month. In this, it is mandatory to execute the application within 30 days. If the work is not done within 30 days, then on the 31st day an order for suspension of the officer related to the Chief Minister’s office is issued. Now it will be increased further. Samrat Chaudhary announced that a state level cooperation camp will be organized in Patna on the second Tuesday of every month.

 

Coordination between judiciary and police administration

 

Samrat Choudhary stressed that justice will be meaningful only when public confidence in the justice system increases. For this, better coordination between judiciary, police and executive is necessary. There will be coordination meetings between the government and the judiciary at regular intervals, so that the investigation, prosecution and judicial process can be made effective. He said that the need of the hour is to implement the new laws with a citizen-centric approach. Maximum use of technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be made in this. Modern technology will play a big role in crime control, surveillance and speedy justice.

Response time will reduce from ten minutes to seven-eight minutes

 

The government is taking many steps to strengthen law and order. The Chief Minister said that the police stations are being equipped with CCTV, digital equipment and scientific investigation system. Forensic lab, mobile forensic van and arrangements for scientific evidence collection have also been strengthened. Through 112 emergency service, the police is currently reaching the spot in an average of 10 minutes. The target has been set to reduce it to 7 to 8 minutes. The safety of women and girl students has been given top priority. Instructions have been given to make special security arrangements around schools and colleges.

Samrat Chaudhary said that Bihar has been a land of education and knowledge. This month, work is going on to establish 211 new degree colleges and 534 model schools in the state. Studies have started in Nalanda University. The government is also working rapidly towards the reestablishment of Vikramshila University.
