Paneer Bhurji Sandwich: If you have to leave for office or school early in the morning and want to make something tasty and healthy in less time, then Paneer Bhurji Sandwich can be a great option. This recipe is ready in just a few minutes and being rich in protein, it also helps in keeping the stomach full for a long time. It can be easily made for children’s tiffin or office lunch also.

necessary materials

200 grams paneer (mashed or grated)
4 to 6 bread slices
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato
1 finely chopped green chilli
finely chopped coriander
Half teaspoon each of turmeric, red chilli powder and garam masala
salt as per taste
butter
Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup
Method of preparation

First step-

Heat some butter or oil in a pan. Add green chillies and onions and fry until light golden. After this add tomatoes and cook until soft.

Second phase-

Now add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala and salt and fry the spices for a few seconds. Then add mashed cheese to it and mix well and cook for about two minutes. Finally add green coriander and turn off the gas.

third step-

Take two slices of bread. If you want, apply green chutney on one slice and tomato ketchup on the other. Now spread the prepared Paneer Bhurji evenly on the bread and cover it with another slice.

Fourth step-

Heat a pan or sandwich maker and apply some butter on it. Cook the sandwiches until golden and crisp on both sides.

Now your delicious, crispy and protein rich Paneer Bhurji Sandwich is ready. You can cut it from the middle and serve it with hot tea, coffee or any dip of your choice.
