Blue Cloud Softech shares rally 4% after launch of AI-powered multilingual FIR recording app with Hyderabad Police
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd. shares gained 4% after the company announced the successful deployment of AI-CopWriteran AI-powered multilingual complaint-recording application developed in collaboration with the IT Cell of Hyderabad City Police.
The application was officially launched by Hyderabad City Police Commissioner V. C. Sajjanar at the Telangana Integrated Command and Control Centre in Banjara Hills.
Described by the company as India’s first AI-powered multilingual complaint-recording application, AI-CopWriter is designed to simplify the police complaint registration process by enabling citizens to file complaints in their preferred language.
The AI-driven platform automatically detects the spoken language, transcribes the complaint, and translates it into a structured First Information Report (FIR) draft within seconds. The application currently supports ten major Indian languages, making it easier for people from different linguistic backgrounds to access police services.
To enhance security and ensure the integrity of official records, every exported FIR draft is generated as a tamper-evident PDF. The document includes key case details such as the FIR number, complainant and accused names, recording officer information, police station details, and applicable legal sections.
Speaking at the launch, Hyderabad City Police Commissioner V. C. Sajjanar said language should never be a barrier to justice and that AI-CopWriter would help make complaint registration more accessible to citizens across diverse linguistic backgrounds.
According to Blue Cloud Softech, the application has been developed to support migrants, tourists, women, senior citizens, and others who may not be familiar with the local language. The company said the platform aims to improve access to justice, reduce the time required to prepare FIRs, enhance the accuracy of complaint recording, and standardize police documentation through secure digital records.
