Aditya Dhar became emotional on Ranveer Singh’s birthday, shared unseen pictures from ‘Dhurandhar’ shoot, wrote a heart touching note.
Tezzbuzz Desk – A deep and special relationship was formed between Ranveer Singh and film director Aditya Dhar during the shooting of the film ‘Dhurandhar’. Now a glimpse of this special bond has been seen once again, when Aditya Dhar shared an emotional post on the occasion of Ranveer Singh’s birthday. Along with this post, they also shared many unseen pictures from the shooting, in which both of them can be seen in a light-hearted and chill mode on the set.
Aditya Dhar openly told in his post that ‘Dhurandhar’ is not just a film but an emotional experience for him. He wrote that this film gave him a chance to closely see the artist within Ranveer, which increased his respect for him even more.
In his long note, Aditya Dhar wrote, “Happy Birthday Ranveer Singh. Some films stay with you forever and ‘Dhurandhar’ is one of them for me. This film introduced me to not just a great actor but also a person who gives his all with full sincerity in every scene.”
He further mentioned several scenes and praised Ranveer’s hard work. Aditya said that be it the 26/11 sequence, the tea shop scene or the emotional moment outside the court – everywhere Ranveer did not choose the easy path. According to him, truth was seen in every frame, purpose in every glance and a different depth in every scene.
Aditya Dhar even said that at times he felt as if Ranveer’s performance was inspired by some “divine blessing”. He wrote that as a director, it is rare to get such moments which are remembered for life, and Ranveer has given him many such moments.
Talking about ‘Dhurandhar’, this film has been much discussed due to its grand scale and powerful story. Both parts of the film have received tremendous response from the audience. According to reports, while the first part made a worldwide collection of Rs 1305.76 crore, the second part registered a worldwide collection of Rs 1813.39 crore.
