Bahrain Emergency: Sirens suddenly sounded in Bahrain, Iran attacked US Fifth Fleet, people asked to go to safe places.

Emergency sirens suddenly started sounding in Bahrain early on Wednesday at around 03:23 GMT, due to which people got quite scared. The Ministry of Interior (MOI) has immediately advised all citizens and expatriates living there to remain calm and move to safe places as soon as possible. The government has appealed to the people not to crowd the main roads so that the security forces can carry out their operations easily.

Iran’s drone attack and tension

This entire incident has happened amid increasing tension in the Middle East. It is being told that Israel and America had attacked Iran. In response, Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters has claimed that its army carried out drone attacks on the US Fifth Fleet present in Bahrain. Iran says they have targeted the radar and communication antenna of the Patriot air defense system.

Warnings from embassies and condition of other countries

The embassies of America and Britain present in Bahrain have also asked their citizens to remain alert. He advised that people follow the instructions of local authorities and keep an eye on the situation. Bahraini officials also said that if people hear loud explosions, it could mean that the missile or drone has been intercepted outside the country’s border. In view of this increasing threat, other Gulf countries like Kuwait have also tightened their security arrangements.
