Ankara: Tension between America and Iran is not decreasing. Apart from peace talks, both the countries are threatening each other with attacks and are also taking retaliatory action. US President Donald Trump is on a visit to Turkey these days. Trump has gone to Turkey’s capital Ankara to attend the NATO summit. Along with this, his visit focuses on many important issues related to US-Turkey relations and regional security.
I would rather be number one on TikTok- Trump
Donald Trump has given a big statement in Turkey regarding Iran. US President Donald Trump said in front of the media, ‘I am number one on Iran’s kill list. I don’t care about it because I’m doing my job. I hope I’m doing it better than anybody else, because our country is growing and really successful. I would rather be number one on TikTok, but I am number one on the kill list.
We attack 10 times more forcefully – Trump
When US President Donald Trump was asked whether the war with Iran was going to restart, he said, ‘I don’t think it will restart. I think it will be over very quickly. They attacked some ships, and we attacked them much more vigorously. When they attack, we attack 10 times harder. We attack much more forcefully than them. We have much better weapons than them.
Whatever happens, it will be over very soon
Trump said, ‘Someone asked me earlier if I thought I would attack him tonight? I said, we can do it. But when they attack, we attack too. We use their own language. I think whatever happens, it will be over very quickly. We will make it safer, including oil.
We have the Strait of Hormuz- Trump
The US President further said, ‘The supply of oil will be very easy and unrestricted and all this will happen very fast. We have the Strait of Hormuz. The boats have moved away. There is huge supply of oil right now. We have plenty of oil. Whatever happens, will happen very fast. We are not thinking of a long-term conflict.
Donald Trump said in front of the media in Turkey, ‘I am not sure whether I want to make a deal with them (Iran) or not. We can play games, but I’m not sure I want to deal. Let’s just finish the work.
If I were not President, Israel would not exist – Trump
Trump said, ‘We would never want Iran to have nuclear weapons because it is very important. Oil prices are falling rapidly. Now they will grow a little and it will be over very soon. One thing I want to ensure is that the control of nuclear weapons should not be in the hands of crazy people. There is no way they have nuclear weapons. If this had not happened, they would have had nuclear weapons and would have destroyed Israel. If I were not president, Israel would not exist.
