So let’s know how to make Ayurvedic shampoo.

Materials:

  • Reetha
  • Amla
  • Shikakai
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Kalonji
  • Everyday
  • lazy
  • Jasmine flowers
  • black sesame
  • Shampoo base

Action:

  • To make Ayurvedic shampoo, first of all, combine reetha, amla, shikakai, fenugreek seeds, kalonji, rosemary, saffron, jasmine flowers and black sesame seeds in a bowl. Fill the pot with water up to the top. Keep enough water to submerge all the ingredients.
  • After soaking all the mixture in water overnight, remove the seeds from the rice by hand. Drain the water in the pot and keep it to heat.
  • After the water comes to a good boil, foam will start to appear on the top of the water. Once it starts foaming, turn off the heat and keep the mixture to cool.
  • After the mixture cools down, mix well by hand. Due to this, the Ayurvedic ingredients will get into the water. Strain the mixture through a cotton cloth.
  • If the shampoo needs extra foam or thickness, add a shampoo base. This will help thicken the shampoo.

Fill the prepared shampoo in a bottle. Shampoo should be used to clean the hair twice or thrice a week. Massage gently for 2 to 3 seconds after shampooing. This will help in reducing dandruff and scalp infections. Amla, shikakai, fenugreek etc. ingredients in it will provide the necessary nutrition to the hair and help in making the hair thicker.
