How to Check EPFO Passbook
First of all, go to EPFO Member Passbook website.
Login by entering your UAN, Password and Captcha.
After login, select your Member ID.
Your PF passbook will open on the screen, showing employee and company contribution, interest and total balance.

What is required to view your passbook?
your EPFOTo view passbook, your UAN must be active and linked to your mobile number. If you are logging in for the first time, you need to first activate your UAN and create a password.
You can also check your PF balance through Umang app.

Get information by sending SMS
No need to worry if you don’t have internet access. EPFO’s SMS and Missed Call service is very useful. Send an SMS containing “EPFOHO UAN” to 7738299899 from your registered mobile number. You will receive your balance information via text message shortly. You can also add a language code like HIN if you want.
Get information through missed calls
Similarly, give a missed call to 9966044425 from your registered number. The call will be automatically disconnected and you will receive an SMS with your balance details shortly. This method is fast and does not require any app or login. Your mobile number must be updated in EPFO records.
