Another powerful poster of ‘The India Story’ released, Kajal Aggarwal and Shreyas Talpade will face the angry crowd.
The India Story: The makers of the social issue based courtroom drama film ‘The India Story’ have released another impressive poster of the film, which has further increased the curiosity about the film among the audience. Presented by MIG Productions & Studios in association with Zee Studios, the film is directed by Chetan DK, while the story and production is by Sagar B. Shinde has taken over. This film will be released in theaters worldwide on July 24, 2026 and will be released before the audience in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil languages.
The film, which tackles the sensitive subject of pesticide farming and its serious health effects, brings to light a larger social issue through an interesting courtroom drama. In the newly released poster, Kajal Aggarwal and Shreyas Talpade are seen in a tense and emotional situation, which indicates that their characters in the film go through a tough struggle to uncover a bigger truth.
Set in the environment of a vegetable market, this poster reflects the intense feeling of fear, anger and protest. The poster shows Kajal Aggarwal and Shreyas Talpade surrounded by an angry crowd, with angry vendors pointing fingers and throwing vegetables at them. The fear visible on the faces of the actors, the vegetables flying in the air and the angry crowd perfectly depict the challenges faced by those who bring out the truth in the film. In such a situation, the tagline “Slow Poison in Progress” written on the poster further strengthens the main theme of the film. It also points towards a hidden danger which is gradually affecting millions of people.
Regarding this, director Chetan DK says, “This poster shows the value of speaking the truth. When a system based on lies is challenged, the first reaction often comes in the form of fear and anger. Every frame of ‘The India Story’ is designed to show this conflict and force the audience to think about what they are consuming and whom they are believing.”
It is noteworthy that the co-producers of this film are Swati Vinayak Sayandane, Anita Jadhav, Vinayak Sayandane, Kalpesh Shah, Devyani Khorate and Prem Joshi. The technical team of the film includes cinematographer Nishant Bhagwat, music composer Mangesh Dhakde, editor Ashish Mhatre, lyricist Shakeel Azmi and sound designer Anmol Bhave.
