Father urges President for hearing in fast track court in Ketan murder case!

The family of the victim in the Ketan Aggarwal murder case has written an emotional letter to the President of India, Draupadi Murmu, demanding speedy justice. Ketan’s father Vishal Agarwal has requested through email to get the case heard in a fast track court and give the harshest punishment to the culprits as per the law.

In his letter, Vishal Aggarwal wrote that he is making this request not as a businessman or an influential person, but as a father who has lost his son. He said that after the brutal murder of Ketan, his entire family is in deep shock and every day only one question troubles him that when will his son get justice?

Referring to another personal tragedy in the letter, he said that within just 20 days of Ketan’s death, his father also passed away. According to him, his father could not bear the shock of his grandson’s untimely death and he lost his life. He said that within just 20 days he lost both his son and father, leaving the entire family shattered.

In the letter addressed to the President, Vishal Aggarwal clarified that his family is not demanding any special concession or privilege. Their only demand is that the case should be heard in a fast track court, so that there is no unnecessary delay in justice and the culprits can be punished soon.

He said that the delay in justice deepens the pain of the victim’s family. At the same time, it is also important that the message goes to the society that no person is above the law and those who commit crimes are punished in a timely manner.

At the end of the letter, Vishal Aggarwal made an emotional appeal to President Draupadi Murmu to give personal attention to the case and ensure speedy justice.

He wrote that his family has lost everything and now only justice is their last hope. He requested that his son’s case not be allowed to remain ‘just another file’ but be treated with sensitivity and priority.
