Creamy Lemon Mushroom Recipe
First Step- For this you have to take 2 packets i.e. about 2 cups of mushrooms. Put the mushrooms in water and wash them thoroughly. Now add the remaining flour to it and wash it again with water. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.
Second Step- Now take a pan and add 1 tablespoon butter in it and heat it. Add 1 bay leaf, chopped garlic and 1 large finely chopped onion. Cook the onion on low flame until it turns brown.
Third Step- Now add mushrooms in it and cook on medium flame till the mushrooms turn well browned. Add some salt and continue cooking until all the water dries up.
Fourth step- Now prepare high protein creamy sauce for this. Add 80-100 grams of low fat cheese, salt, black pepper, a little water, carom seeds and pizza masala in a blender and mix. Prepare it like a sauce. You have to blend it until it becomes completely creamy.
Fifth Step- Now pour cheese sauce over the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until everything is mixed well. Add finely chopped coriander, a little lemon peel and a pinch of chaat masala on top.
Last Step- After mixing all the ingredients, turn off the gas and finally add the juice of half a lemon and mix. Creamy and delicious mushroom is ready, serve it hot with roti, toast, rice. You can eat it just like that.
Using high-protein cottage cheese instead of cream will give you rich creaminess as well as more protein. This is the best option for children. You can also prepare them and give them in tiffin.
