Rampur News: 43rd Interdistrict Police Badminton-Table Tennis Competition concluded, Rampur champion in women’s badminton and Moradabad champion in men’s category.

Rampur, Read: The 43rd Inter-District Police Badminton and Table Tennis Men’s and Women’s Competition, organized at the Shaheed-e-Azam Sports Stadium in Bamanpuri, concluded on Friday. Rampur Police team won the women’s badminton championship, while Moradabad police won the men’s badminton championship. Apart from this, players from other districts won the competition.

After the final matches, Superintendent of Police Somendra Meena encouraged the winners and runners-up. He rewarded the players coming first and second by wearing medals. He gave a message to everyone to join sports and stay fit. In men’s table tennis, Moradabad district and in women’s table tennis, Moradabad district performed excellently and captured the team championship.

Constable Junaid Ansari Moradabad was the winner in badminton men’s category and female head constable Amreen Bano was the winner in badminton women’s category. Moradabad won the title of best player. Chief constable Arvind won the title of best player in table tennis men’s category and female head constable Rama Yadav won the title of best player in table tennis women’s category. In badminton mixed doubles, the pair of Gagan and Ankush won the gold medal by defeating Abhishek Chaudhary and Junaid Ansari.

In the closing programme, Additional Superintendent of Police Anurag Singh, Area Officer Lines and Tanda Pitampal Singh, Area Officer Nagar Pankaj Pant, Area Officer Bilaspur Harshita Singh, Area Officer Swaar Sonam Singh, Area Officer Milak Rajveer Singh Parihar, Deputy Superintendent of Police Office Vinay Kumar, Area Officer Shahbad Devki Nandan, Chief Fire Officer Vijay Kumar Singh, Counter Inspector Police Lines Mahendra Singh, Managing Director Radico Khaitan Amar Singh, Radico Khaitan Vijay Pratap Singh, Mukul Agarwal from Devbhoomi Enterprises, Nadeem Ahmed from IT Solutions and others were present.
