According to the mandate issued by the Urban Development Department, 100% of the expenses of this sports project will be borne by the state government. To implement the project with complete transparency, the government has imposed some very stringent guidelines and conditions. It will be mandatory to follow the tender process for every work worth Rs 10 lakh or more under the project.
