Ghaziabad 7 year old girl body is found police: 7 year old innocent girl was lured with chips and taken away, then naked body found

A case that shocks humanity has come to light from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Here an innocent seven year old girl first went missing mysteriously and a few hours later her body was recovered from the basement of an under construction mall.

The family alleges that the girl was taken away by luring her with chips and cold drinks, she was raped and then brutally murdered and the body was thrown in the basement. This incident has created an atmosphere of panic and anger in the entire area.

According to the police, the family of the deceased girl is originally from Bihar and was living in a temporary slum near the under-construction mall in Rajnagar Extension of Ghaziabad for the last two years. The family alleges that two people took the girl with them on the pretext of giving her chips, snacks and cold drinks. After this she did not return.

Naked body found in basement, family members made serious allegations

At around 1 am on Saturday, police received information that the girl’s body was found in basement-2 of the under-construction mall. The girl’s father told that when he saw the dead body of his daughter, there was no clothes on her body. There was bleeding from the head and face, while the hands and legs were also seriously injured. They allege that the girl was murdered after raping her.

Fear of attack with iron rod

According to police sources, in the initial investigation it does not seem that the girl died due to falling from a height. There is a suspicion that his head was attacked with a heavy object like an iron rod. However, the real cause of death will become clear only after the post mortem report comes.

Forensic team collected evidence, many people in custody

As soon as information about the incident was received, senior police officers and forensic team reached the spot. Important evidence has been collected from the incident site. The police have taken many suspects into custody and started questioning them and efforts are being made to connect the entire chain of the incident.

Police registered a case of kidnapping, murder and rape

Nandgram ACP Priyashree Pal said that an FIR has been registered in the matter on the basis of the complaint of the family members. A case has been registered under sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) related to kidnapping, murder, gang rape and common criminal intention as well as under the POCSO Act. The police is currently investigating it from the angle of rape and murder. However, whether it is a case of gang rape or not, the final confirmation will be given only after the post mortem report and scientific investigation.

As soon as the news of the brutal murder of an innocent child spread, there was immense anger among the people in the area. Police say that the investigation is progressing rapidly and soon the accused will be identified and arrested. At present the post mortem report and forensic investigation is awaited.
