Plantation Mahayagya: 35 crore saplings will be planted in UP today, campaign will be visible online

The progress of plantation will be uploaded online on the tree plantation software running through the Forest Department in all the districts of the state. CM Yogi Adityanath will plant saplings in Gorakhpur.

35 crore saplings will be planted in the state today. This campaign has been called Tree Plantation Mahayagya-2026 ‘Ek Tree Maa Ke Naam’. The progress of plantation will be uploaded online on the tree plantation software running through the Forest Department in all the districts of the state. CM Yogi Adityanath will plant saplings in Gorakhpur.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the state-wide plantation Mahayagya – 2026 from Gorakhpur on Sunday. On this occasion, along with the Chief Minister, State Forest and Environment Minister (Independent Charge) Dr. Arun Kumar Saxena will also be present. The Chief Minister will inaugurate the Plantation Mahayagya – 2026 by planting saplings of Neem, Peepal and Banyan.

Keshav in Jhansi and Brajesh in Lucknow
Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya will plant saplings in Jhansi and Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak will plant saplings in Lucknow.
