MHADA Lottery : 5000 houses of MHADA in Thane, Kalyan, Vasai-Virar; The whole process is 100% transparent due to the new system
MHADA Lottery : MHADA’s Konkan Mandal has announced its biggest ever housing lottery in 2026, providing 5000 affordable houses. The deposit amount has been reduced for these houses in Thane, Kalyan-Dombivali, Panvel and Vasai-Virar, which will make the common man’s dream of owning a home come true.
Huge reduction in deposit amount and financial relief to common man
MHADA has changed an important rule so that the common man’s dream of a house does not remain insufficient due to lack of money. Earlier, economically weaker section citizens had to pay a huge deposit while applying, which was beyond the budget of many. For this year’s draw, it is very likely that this deposit amount will be directly brought between Rs.10000 and Rs.12500. This will enable low income families to easily apply for a MHADA home without incurring the additional burden of loan or interest. MHADA Lottery
