Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) is protesting at Jantar Mantar from June 20 on the NEET Paper Leak issue. Meanwhile, Wangchuk is also sitting on an indefinite hunger strike, his health is continuously deteriorating.

On July 11, 2026, he participated in the demonstration on the 14th day of Sonam Wangchuk’s hunger strike. While addressing the students from the platform of ‘Cockroach Janata Party’ (CJP), the actor had said that he says that this is a movement run by social media.
