Singapore, ranked the world’s second-richest country by GDP per capita, has expanded its culinary credentials after 10 new eateries were added to the 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand list, highlighting the city-state’s affordable dining scene.
This brings the total number of Bib Gourmand establishments to 97, the Michelin Guide Singapore announced on Tuesday, The Straits Times reported.
The Bib Gourmand selection recognizes restaurants and hawker stalls that offer high-quality food at reasonable prices.

The 10 newcomers include Boon Keng Road Fish Head Bee Hoon, King of Laksa, Yi Pin Wei Braised Duck Kway Chap and Rajarani Thosai, as well as heritage favorites Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette, Jia Xiang, Seng Kee Black Chicken Herbal Soup, Tian Nan Xing Minced Pork Noodle, Xiu Ji Ikan Bilis Yong Tau Fu and Hunan restaurant Xiangyee.
“The steady growth of Singapore’s Bib Gourmand selection reflects our inspectors’ continued discovery of the city’s wealth of good food, from longstanding favorites to new establishments,” said Gwendal Poullennec, the Michelin Guide’s international director.
The full Michelin Guide Singapore selection, including starred restaurants, will be announced on Aug. 4.
