Big offer of Rs 5,000 crore, Cube Highways Trust will open for investors from July 22

  • ₹1,250 crore investment agreement with five strategic investors

Mumbai (Anil Beadag). A big investment opportunity has emerged in India’s highway infrastructure sector. Cube Highways Trust has set a price band of ₹151 to ₹152 per unit for its initial public offering (IPO).

Investors will be able to apply for this offer of about ₹ 5,000 crore from July 22 to July 24, 2026. The minimum bid for retail investors will be 95 units and thereafter in multiples of 95-95 units. Cube InvIT has received strong institutional support even before the IPO.

The company has entered into unit subscription agreements worth ₹1,250 crore with five strategic investors. These include Prizim Trading and Investment Company, HDFC Life Insurance, HDFC Pension Fund Management, Axis Max Life Insurance and WhiteOak Capital REIT and InvIT Alternatives Fund. The largest investment of ₹950 crore will be made by Prazim Trading.
