Alia Bhatt’s surprise entry in ‘Tumbad 2’! Nawazuddin-Soham Shah starrer, fans are excited

Alia Bhatt in Tumbbad 2: Another big announcement has been made regarding the sequel of ‘Tumbbad’ which is considered as a cult film in Indian cinema. Now the actress after the entry of Nawazuddin Siddiqui Alia Bhatt Has officially become a part of ‘Tumbaad 2’. Interestingly, this film will see Alia sharing the screen with actor-producers Soham Shah and Nawazuddin Siddiqui for the first time.

‘Tumbad’ created a distinct identity in Indian cinema by presenting a unique blend of folklore, fantasy and horror. Due to its compelling story, powerful visuals and mysterious atmosphere, the film won a permanent place in the hearts of the audience after its release. Even after its re-release, the film received a positive response and became one of the highest-grossing re-release films.

Now that ‘Tumbad 2’ will be released in a grander format, the interest of the film has increased further due to the participation of Alia Bhatt. Alia will be seen in an important role in the film, who has played the role of various hairstyles effectively. Her entry into the cinematic universe created by Soham Shah is considered to be an important milestone for the film.

Talking about the film, Alia Bhatt said, “‘Tumbaad’ has stayed with me ever since I saw it for the first time. Very few films create such a rich and mysterious universe. Producer Dr. Jayantilal Gada said, “This is our third project with Alia after ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and ‘RRR’. She is the best choice for this film and her participation will definitely raise the stature of ‘Tumbaad 2’.”

Adesh Prasad is directing ‘Tumbad 2’, a joint venture between Sohum Shah Films and Pen Studios. The much awaited film is slated to hit theaters worldwide on December 3, 2027.
