A soulful rendition of “Radhika Gori in Braj”
During the bhajan evening, Nand Bhavan’s sevayat and bhajan emperor Dinesh Goswami enthralled the devotees with his soulful rendition of “Radhika Gori in Braj” (Braj mein Ratan Radhika Gori). The devotees were immersed in devotion during the late-night Sankirtan, filling the entire atmosphere with spiritual joy.
Before the Bhajan Sandhya, a massive feast was organized at Priya Kunj, where thousands of devotees partook of the Prasad. Pandit Baba, a disciple of Saint Vinod Baba Maharaj, explained that this tradition of the Guru Purnima festival dates back many years. In view of the increasing number of devotees, the event is now held in a more grand manner at Priya Kunj, instead of at Shri Ladliji’s private palace.

After Guru Purnima, the world-famous Shri Radharani Temple was adorned with flowers from India and abroad, attractive lighting, captivating decorations, and fifty-six offerings. Devotees were overwhelmed by the divine splendor of the temple.
Present on this occasion were Rohit Richharia, representative of Bageshwar Dham Peethadheeshwar Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, cow devotee Gopesh Baba, Bhaktvatsal Maharaj, Jugal Baba, state government cabinet minister Laxminarayan Chaudhary, Bhagwatcharya Balkrishna Pandey, Shriji Temple receiver Sushil Goswami, Dinesh Goswami, along with saints, public representatives, and thousands of devotees. The soulful verses uttered by the saints and the immense devotion of the devotees made the Guru Purnima festival an unforgettable celebration of the devotional tradition of Barsana.
