To control this, he made a habit of eating a balanced meal three times a day and eating a handful of nuts in between.

She says that a balanced diet not only helps in playing, but also leads to good sleep and reduces inflammation in the body. After retirement, Saina now keeps her diet simple, which includes home-cooked food, lots of vegetables, fruits and the right amount of protein.
