The month of Sawan is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is also spiritually significant. On Mondays of this month, devotees observe fasts, perform pujas, and consume a sattvic diet. During the fast, people eat fruits. Food intake is limited during this time, so protein intake is essential to maintain energy, maintain muscle health, and avoid fatigue. Protein-rich foods
Rajgira Paratha with Yogurt: Rajgira flour is rich in protein, iron, and fiber. Parathas made from it can be eaten with yogurt.
