According to a video posted by news agency PTI, Pandya offered prayers at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Tirumala. Mahika was also with him during this visit. In the video, Pandya is seen in a white dhoti-kurta, while Mahika is wearing a white salwar-suit.
Now, everyone must be wondering why Pandya got his head shaved. There is a tradition of offering hair at this temple in Tirumala. It is also possible that Pandya had taken a vow and after fulfilling it, visited the temple to offer his hair. This video of Pandya and Mahika is currently going viral on social media, and the pictures of Pandya getting his head shaved are also creating a lot of discussion.

Pandya is trying to recover quickly and return to the cricket field. Due to the injury, he could not play the ODI series against Afghanistan and also did not go to the England tour for the same reason. Pandya is a key player in the Indian team; he played a crucial role in India’s T20 World Cup victories in 2024 and 2026.
