Beyonce and Jay-Z’s East Hampton estate was damaged after a 63-year-old man allegedly drove through the property’s security gates.

As per Police officals, there is no evidence the incident was a targeted attack.

According to authorities, the driver appeared to be “confused” and made no threats or references to the music superstars before he was taken into custody.

The famous couple has owned the seven-bedroom waterfront estate since purchasing it in 2017.

Sergeant Jennifer Dunn told Page Six that investigators do not believe the incident was directed at the couple.

Speaking to Page Six, she said “No weapons found, no notes found, no direct threats made and no direct mention of residents of the house so we are not sure he even knew who lived in that house at this point.”

The suspect was arrested at the scene before being taken to Stony Brook Hospital after complaining of pain.

The incident comes as Beyonce and Jay-Z continue to make headlines following Jay-Z’s recent three-night residency at New York’s Yankee Stadium.
