Complete Solution Day organized in Tehsil Musafirkhana under the chairmanship of District Magistrate

Amethi. With the aim of quick disposal of the complaints of the general public, Complete Solution Day was organized in all four tehsils of the district. Complete Solution Day was organized in Tehsil Musafirkhana under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Sanjay Chauhan. During the Total Solution Day, the District Magistrate, after listening to the problems of the complainants, gave instructions to the officers on the spot that the complaints should not be kept pending, the complaints should be taken seriously and their disposal should be ensured on priority basis.

He said that quality redressal of the complaints of the general public is our priority. The Chief Minister has also given strict instructions regarding redressal of the complaints of the general public. In case of negligence in disposal of complaints at any level, strict action will be taken against the concerned officer or employee. During the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, Superintendent of Police Saravanan T heard the complaints related to the police department and gave instructions to the concerned police station chiefs for their disposal.

A total of 35 complaints were received in Tehsil Musafirkhana of which 03 were disposed of on the spot, 22 complaints were received in Tehsil Gauriganj of which 03 were disposed of, 28 complaints were received in Tehsil Amethi of which 01 complaint was disposed and 35 complaints were received in Tehsil Tiloi of which 03 complaints were disposed of and the remaining complaints are being disposed of. For this, joint teams of police and revenue were sent to the spot.

During the Total Solution Day, the District Magistrate instructed all the district officers to listen to the public problems in their respective offices from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and ensure that they are resolved on priority basis. After the complete resolution day, the District Magistrate administered the oath to the officers/employees present for water harvesting and conservation. During the complete solution day, Sub-Collector Musafirkhana Nitesh Raj, District Development Officer Veerbhanu Singh, Tehsildar Musafirkhana and other district level officers were present.
