Delhi BJP President Harsh Malhotra announced new team, these leaders got important responsibilities
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Delhi unit President Harsh Malhotra announced his new organizational team on Monday. He announced the names of new party officials and heads of advance organizations. Harsh Malhotra said in the statement that all the appointments have been made after necessary consultation with the national leadership of the party. He said that the new team was finalized after getting the approval of BJP National President Nitin Naveen. According to the Delhi BJP President, the objective of the new team is to further strengthen the organization, effectively conduct the party’s activities up to the booth level and give impetus to the upcoming political and organizational programs.
BJP’s Delhi unit President Harsh Malhotra has announced his new organizational team. Malhotra was appointed the state president of Delhi BJP in May 2026. He has now formed his first full team since becoming chairman. 10 vice-presidents, three general secretaries and nine secretaries have been appointed in the new team. The party says that the purpose of these appointments is to further strengthen the organization and to accelerate the activities of the party at various levels. Rajesh Bhatia, Sunil Yadav, Richa Pandey Mishra, Kaushal Mishra, Vikram Bidhuri and Sarika Jain have been made vice presidents in the new BJP team. Apart from these, other leaders have also been entrusted with various organizational responsibilities.
Many appointments from General Secretary to Morcha Presidents
General secretary, chief spokesperson, media and social media heads as well as presidents of various fronts have also been appointed in the new team. Vishnu Mittal, Yogita Singh and Mohan Lal Gihara have been made general secretaries in the new team of the party. At the same time, Praveen Shankar Kapoor has been kept as the head of the media department. Apart from this, Anil Gupta has been appointed as the chief spokesperson, while Rohit Upadhyay has been made the head of the social media team. BJP has also announced new presidents for its various fronts. Rajat Choudhary has been given the responsibility of Delhi BJP Yuva Morcha president and Archana Gupta has been given the responsibility of Mahila Morcha. Other prominent appointments include Santosh Pal as OBC Morcha, Lajpat Rai as SC Morcha, C.L. Meena has been appointed president of ST Morcha, Santosh Ojha has been appointed president of Purvanchal Morcha, Devendra Solanki has been appointed president of Kisan Morcha and Anees Abbas has been appointed president of Minority Morcha.
