Real estate consultancy firm Liases Foras reviewed the property records, which confirm the transaction was registered on July 14, 2026.
The luxury freehold property, situated on the highly desirable St Martin Road in Bandra West, was registered at Rs. 84 crore.
The area is widely recognized for its exclusive residences and is favored by several high profile celebrities from the entertainment world.
The extravagant property covers a 1,017.60-square-meter plot and houses an existing bungalow measuring roughly 193.12 square meters, as per the official documents.
The property also comes with an outhouse, covering roughly 31.50 square meters.
Although the 53-year-old Indian actor rarely shares details about his private life, he frequently makes news for his professional achievements.
The Pathan star recently starred in the political thriller The Diplomat before returning with the action packed Tehran.
