Siddharth’s tears welled up after listening to the martyred soldier’s wife, the actor became emotional at the launch of ‘Operation Safed Sagar’.

Tezzbuzz Desk – Actor Siddharth is in the news these days for his upcoming web series ‘Operation Safed Sagar’. An emotional moment was seen at the trailer launch event of this series based on the true events of the Kargil war, when Siddharth could not stop himself and tears welled up in his eyes.

Actually, during the launch event, Siddharth met Alka Ahuja, wife of martyred Squadron Leader Ajay Ahuja. During the conversation, Alka said something which made everyone present there emotional.

Siddharth became emotional after listening to the martyr’s wife.

Alka Ahuja was called on the stage at the event. She thanked the makers of the series and the entire team for trying to show the bravery story of her husband Ajay Ahuja on screen.

During this, Siddharth also expressed his gratitude to the makers and Alka Ahuja. He said that the real heroes are those whose stories the youth should take inspiration from.

Siddharth said, “Yesterday Abhijeet Parmar and I talked for a long time. We talked a lot about you. Thank you so much for allowing us to tell this story. We couldn’t have done it without you.”

‘I don’t have any videos of Ajay…’

Responding to Siddharth, Alka Ahuja said, “I don’t have any videos of Ajay. At least now I have a picture of Ajay.”

This answer of Alka made Siddharth emotional. He cried for some time on the stage and then turned his face to the other side and was seen wiping his tears. During this, the actor was also seen wearing arm support.

‘Operation Safed Sagar’ is the story of the heroic mission of the Kargil war.

‘Operation Safed Sagar’ is based on the story of courage and sacrifice of the Golden Arrow Squadron of the Indian Air Force during the 1999 Kargil War. This series will show the spirit of those soldiers who sacrificed their lives to protect the country.

The series is directed by Oni Sen, while it is produced by Abhijeet Singh Parmar and Kushal Srivastava.

The series will be released on Netflix on August 7.

Apart from Siddharth, actors like Jimmy Shergill, Vijay Pathak, Dia Mirza, Pawan Chopra, Aditya Singh Raghuvanshi, Prajakta Koli and Mahir Ahuja will be seen in this web series.
