While on one hand the preparations for Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 18 are in full swing, a few days ago the makers had released a new promo of the new season. So meanwhile, a news regarding the health of Bollywood superstar and KBC host Amitabh Bachchan spread like wildfire on social media. In fact, recently Amitabh Bachchan mentioned hospital, ICU, surgery and recovery in his blog.
Bachchan Saheb wrote on his blog, ‘The surgery was done in the hospital and then in the ICU, under the supervision of competent doctors and medical staff. Discharged and now returning home. This time of returning home is the most difficult phase, physically, mentally and practically. You are a respected champion and one day defeat stands in front of you, it is the most difficult phase of your life. Writing further, he said that ‘some people face it with courage, some give up. Those who try and show courage always remain champions. Those who do not do this, they compromise with the circumstances and live on the basis of old glory. Everyone decides this himself. There is nothing wrong with either. Stay healthy, stay happy.
What happened next… As soon as he read this blog, the news spread on social media that Big B was unwell, he had undergone surgery and was admitted to the hospital. Within no time, this news quickly went viral and millions of fans became worried about his health. But when this matter reached Amitabh Bachchan, he himself put an end to these rumors through his blog.

Big B wrote clearly, “I am absolutely fine. People misinterpreted my post.” He told that the mention of hospital and ICU in the blog was not related to his personal life. He was just giving an example. Amitabh Bachchan explained that just like a person faces the real challenge after a major surgery or coming out of the ICU, returning home is the most difficult thing for a big player to handle himself after a defeat. To explain this idea, he gave the example of Argentina’s defeat and football star Lionel Messi. But many people linked it to their personal health condition and misunderstanding spread. It is noteworthy that earlier he had written in a post – “The game is over, but the work is still going on.” This post also increased people’s concern. However, now Amitabh Bachchan himself has made it clear that his health is completely fine.
