No need to fry in oil! Make 3 flavors of pakoras in the air fryer on a rainy evening
As soon as it rains outside, the desire to eat a lot of fried food rises. The ingredients are also so simple that it takes no time to make. But if you fry in deep oil, oil is consumed. The thought of the body also remains. Moreover, if the children of the house take up the task of making pakoras by themselves, then the concern remains about safety.

Onion Pakora
It is necessary to make—
• Finely chopped onion
• 1 cup gram flour
• 2 tbsp rice powder
• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• A pinch of Joan
• Salt
• A little oil
Grind onion slices with besan, rice powder and all spices in a pot, cover and keep it for 10 minutes. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Make small patties from the mixture. Brush with light oil. Air fry for 10-12 minutes. Flip in between. When golden in color serve with coriander chutney.
Cheesy Paneer Pakora
To make these protein-packed pakoras, you need—
• 200 grams of cheese (cut into 1 inch cubes)
• 1 cup gram flour
• Half teaspoon joan
• 1 teaspoon red chili powder
• Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon chaat masala
• Salt
• A little oil
Make a thick batter with gram flour, spices and water. Leave for 5 minutes. Dip each paneer piece well into the batter. Preheat the air fryer to 170°C. Arrange the paneers on an inner tray sprayed with light oil, let sit for 8 minutes. Brush a little oil on the flip side and fry for another 3-4 minutes. Serve with mint-yogurt dip.

Vegetable Pakora
will require—
• Grated cabbage, carrot, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp gram flour
• Turmeric powder
• Red chilli powder
• Cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• Oil
• Salt
Mix salt with vegetables and leave for 10 minutes. Then add gram flour, spices and baking powder to it. Make a sticky mixture with little water and let it rest for 15 minutes. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Make small pakoras and keep them on the tray. Fry for 10 minutes. 2–3 more minutes brushing with little oil in between. Serve with tomato ketchup when done.
