The special thing is that this recruitment is not a direct recruitment for general candidates. NTA has announced these vacancies on the basis of deputation or foreign service conditions. That is, only officers working in the Central or State Government, Union Territories, Government Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Bodies and Public Sector Undertakings will be able to apply for this recruitment. For which posts will the recruitment be done? Candidates with a graduation degree from a recognized university and having completed regular service at the prescribed level can apply for the recruitment of Joint Director. Candidates with experience in examination system or university board examination system will be given preference. Research Scientist requires higher educational qualification in fields like psychology, psychometrics, statistics, mathematics, testing methods or education and long experience in the field of evaluation. For posts from Deputy Director to Senior Superintendent, experience in a related field along with a graduate degree is required for Deputy Director. Candidates with experience in examination management may get an advantage in selection. For Assistant Director, regular service or relevant experience in the prescribed pay scale along with a graduate degree is also required. On the other hand, for Senior Superintendent (Accounts), experience in office procedures, computer applications and accounts, audit, administration or legal field is required in addition to a graduate degree. Candidates above 56 years of age will not be able to apply. An important age limit has also been fixed for this recruitment. The age of the applying candidate should not be more than 56 years. In addition to educational qualification, relevant experience and government service conditions will also be applicable for all posts. Therefore, before applying, candidates must carefully check their qualifications and service related details in the official recruitment notification. The application process is completely offline. Candidates will have to apply offline for this recruitment of NTA. Candidates will have to download the application form from Annexure-II given in the recruitment notification and fill in the personal details, educational qualifications, service and experience information.
