Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Jana Nayagan’ created a stir at the box office, earned more than Rs 78 crore on the first day

This shows that the audience remained enthusiastic about the film throughout the day. The total occupancy of the film in India was around 41.6 percent. If we look at the language, the Tamil version earned the most. The Tamil language film did a business of around Rs 36.50 crore on the first day. Apart from this, the Telugu version earned Rs 2.75 crore and the Hindi version earned Rs 1.75 crore.
