Among these bids, the nose of experienced spinner Karn Sharma was much talked about. The most expensive bid was made on Karn Sharma, who was included in his team by Kanpur Super Star for Rs 23 lakh.

At the same time, Bulandshahr’s young fast bowler Shubham Gautam was the second most expensive player. Shubham, who made his mark through UP Speed ​​Hunt, has been bought by Noida Super Kings for Rs 21.50 lakh.

Shivam Choudhary of Meerut is the third most expensive player.

The Meerut player made his mark as the third most expensive player in the mini auction. Meerut batsman Shivam Chaudhary was bought by Gorakhpur Lions for Rs 21 lakh.

A total of 287 players were included in the auction list, while the franchises have so far bought 20 players for the 45 vacant slots.

Fourth season will start from August 14

The fourth season of UP T20 League will start from August 14. These competitive matches will be played in Kanpur and Lucknow. The mini auction was conducted by actor Angad Bedi. Many officials including BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla, UP T20 League Chairman Dr. Sanjay Kapoor, UPCA Secretary Prem Manohar Gupta, Treasurer Sachin Shukla, CEO Ankit Chatterjee were also present in the program.

In the auction, the franchises bet the most on experienced spinners and young fast bowlers. The longest bid was placed on Karn Sharma, who has played in Team India and IPL. His base price was ₹5 lakh, but Kanpur Super Star finally bought him for ₹23 lakh. At the same time, Shubham Gautam, who appeared in Speed ​​Hunt, also won a huge amount on the basis of his talent.

Auction starts with controversy

During the beginning of the mini auction, a controversy regarding a slip also came to light. Quoting sources, it was claimed that the name of Nalin Mishra was on the slip, who had already been removed from the list in case of conflict of interest.

However, UPCA officials denied the claim, saying that Nalin Mishra’s name had already been removed from the list and the slip was not his.
