- milk
- sugar
- Cardamom powder
- dry fruits
- ghee

- To make coconut milk rabidi first, heat the milk in a pan. Boil the milk on low flame.
- Heat ghee in another pan, add dry fruits and fry till they turn red. Roasted dry fruits taste beautiful.
- After the milk comes to a boil, add sugar, wet coconut pulp and roasted dry fruits, cardamom powder and mix well.
- Cook the rabidi on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. This will increase the consistency and will not require longer milking.
