Method of making Amla water
Use fresh amla (Indian gooseberry) to make amla water. If fresh amla is not available, you can also substitute amla powder. To make it, wash 4-5 fresh amla (Indian gooseberry) thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. Then, heat 1 liter of water in a pot and add the chopped amla (Indian gooseberry). Boil it until the water turns brown. Then, turn off the heat and let the water cool. Finally, strain the amla water using a cloth or sieve and store it in a bottle.
How to apply Amla water
Before washing your hair, spray amla water liberally on your scalp. Apply it to your roots and leave it on for 1-2 hours. Afterward, wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Applying amla water twice a week will strengthen your hair.
